Full payment for all non-credit courses must be made at time of enrollment.

- Fax-in - 24 hours a day, Fax to 413-552-2745 with credit card or third party billing information
- Walk-in - Bring the completed non-credit registration form and payment to the:
- Kittredge Center for Business & Workforce Development
- 2nd Floor Receptionist Desk
- 303 Homestead Avenue, Holyoke MA 01040
- Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Fridays, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay with check, money order or credit card.
- Mail-in - Mail the completed non-credit registration form, with check, money order or credit card information, to:

Register by telephone using credit card. Have the CRN number, Section number, day and time. You will be asked
to supply the other information as listed on the registration form.
- Non-credit Course and Event Withdrawals and Refunds
- Courses lasting 6 or more sessions:
Registrants must formally withdraw in writing (letter, fax, or email to cbpd@hcc.edu).
Refunds will be granted for withdrawals received by the Friday before the start date
(100% less $30); before the third session (50%); no refunds will be granted for
withdrawals received on or after the day of the third session.
- Courses or events of 5 or less sessions:
Registrants must formally withdraw in writing (letter, fax, or email to cbpd@hcc.edu).
Refunds will be granted for withdrawals received by the Friday before the start date
(100% less $25%); no refunds will be granted for withdrawals received on or after the
week of the first session.
